"Moor" is the natural treasure of Hokkaido and internationally rare plant which is said to be good for beauty and Tokachigawa Onsen is known as the beauty bath by the moorland. Hotel Daiheigen has 2.5 hectare farm and over 20 species of vegetables are grown. The hotels specialty is the cuisine cooked by the fresh vegetables picked out of the farms. Another well-known at the hotel is hot air balloons. The hot air balloons take off the ground from the hotel and the view from the balloons are outstanding.
