The hotel is halfway up Mt. Kosha ovelooking the Zenkoji Plains and has a fantastic view in the morning/evening. Yomase, which has seasonal facilities such as ski resort in winter, tennis court in summer, and autumn leaves spot and hot springs in autumn, is a wonderful place as a residential resort. The hotel has 60 guestrooms for up to 375 guests, which are mainly Japanese & Western style room, and is the largest accommodation in the Yomase area. Night view from an open-air bath at the hotel is exceptional.

- 10 minutes by taxi from Yudanaka Station on Nagano Electric Railway. 30 minutes by bus for Ochiai from Shinshu Nakano Station, and 5 minutes by walk from Yomase Ski Resort Bus Stop. Pick-up service available from Yudanaka Station.
- 20 minutes by car from Shinshu Nakano IC on Joshin-etsu Expressway. Via National Road #292 and #403 from Shinshu Nakano IC.
