info
Yamano Hotel (Hotel de Yama) is an authentic classical hotel at an ideal location on the lakeside of Lake Ashi in Hakone. The site used to be the country house of Baron Iwasaki, and the appearance of the hotel with its dark red roof and white walls has the atmosphere of an old European chateau. The extensive 36 acre garden (148,500 square meters) offers glorious views of both Lake Ashi and Mt. Fuji, and three-thousand azaleas bloom in season revealing a splendid harmony of colors.
